Using your home at Firstlight

Homeowners, along with their families and guests, have use of the property for three weeks each year and have membership during that time to the exclusive K Club’s golf courses and luxury facilities.

The Firstlight Private Residence Club is managed and staffed by your personal concierge team that operates 24 hours a day, seven days per week to make your stay runs seamlessly and as hassle-free as possible.

This is designed to give you both flexibility and fair access to your property at the most popular times of the year. That’s why we offer two options when you purchase, explaining how you can use your property. Firstlight’s Private Residence Club manages this service.

Option One:

This is for fractional owners wishing to spend a week or more at a time either at The K Club or at one of our 50 resorts available through the Firstlight Destination Club. International holiday escapes include skiing, safari, sand and city, so choose your pick!

Option Two:

This is for owners who require a greater degree of flexibility. This great option offers short stays in your property at The K Club so you can stay for a weekend or enjoy a mid-week break out of your three weeks of ownership each year.
