A calendar is published 12 months in advance of each year, which begins on the first available Thursday in January until the first available Thursday in January the following year.
Upon receipt of the calendar, owners have up to 3 months before the start of the usage year to submit four preferred weeks during which they would like to use their property. These weeks should be ranked in order of preference (1 being most desired to 4, being least desired). From these four options, your two planned weeks will be allocated. Owners are notified of their two planned weeks two months prior to the start of the year, when the available short notice weeks are also confirmed. Either or both of these planned weeks can be exchanged for time at an elite collection of 50 luxury resorts around the world.
Owners may then reserve their short notice week on a space available basis, any time up to 72hours before arrival. This short notice week cannot be exchanged and must be used at the K Club.
With our short stay model, owners can use their property on a short stay basis, allowing you to stay for a weekend or a mid-week break at a time that suits you. Similar to our week stays, upon receipt of the calendar, owners submit 28 preferred days during which they would like to use the property, with a minimum two night stay at any given time.
Selections should be ranked in order of preference, from which their fourteen planned days are allocated. Available short notice days are then confirmed. Owners may receive their short notice dates (7 nights remaining) on a space available basis, minimum two night stay, at any time up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
