Each owner receives a total of 6 guaranteed usage weeks per annum.
The 6 weeks are used as 4 planned weeks and 2 short notice weeks.
A usage calendar listing all weeks is published 12 months in advance of each usage year, which begins on the first available Saturday in January until the first available Saturday in January the following year.
Upon receipt of the calendar, owners have up to 3 months before the start of the usage year to submit the 8 preferred weeks they would like to use the property, ranked in order of preference, from which their 4 planned weeks are allocated by the FirstLight usage system.
Owners are notified of their 4 planned weeks 2 months prior to the start of the usage year, when the available short notice weeks are also confirmed.
Owners may then reserve their 2 short notice weeks on a space available basis any time up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Upon booking any of the 6 guaranteed usage weeks, owners may exchange these for usage in more than 150 luxury resorts around the world.
